形態特徵

• A shrub, 1–2m high; branches cylindrical, young branches densely covered with fine soft hairs.
• Leaves trifoliolate; leaflets subcoriaceous, ovate-oblong or broad-oblong, 4–8 cm long, 3–5 cm wide, the upper surface glabrous, the lower surface paler, puberulous or nearly glabrescent, obtuse at the apex; petioles 2–4 cm long; stipules minute, bristle-like, 1 cm long, deciduous.
• Flowers axillary, in loose umbels; pedicels 5–6 mm long, unequal; peduncle 1–2 cm long; calyx 4–5 mm long, with dense silky hairs, the teeth lanceolate, pubescent; corolla more than twice as long as the calyx.
• Pods 2–4 cm long, 5 mm wide, 4–5-jointed, segments broadly oblong, constricted on both sutures, with appressed hairs and reticulate veins.

• 台灣 : Taiwan, always in the seaside and up to the small hill among the sunny and open grassland, at elevation of below 200 m high, in the southern part.
• 世界 : Africa, Australia, Pacific islands, Polynesia, Ceylon, India, Burma, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indo-China, China, Ryukyu;
